I see myself in it, like a little ant in a large colony, carrying large loads uphill, working day in and day out. And many women out there feel like they are alone facing their company’s challenges, greater demands and tougher competition. Fortunately, there are several support groups for women in business. A supportive network is a must in any economy but at the present time it is imperative that we take time for ourselves to develop those relationships that will enable us to step up and keep up. I have joined several groups over the years through the Chamber of Commerce, National Society for Hispanic MBAs, SBDC network, but I still find that the National Association of Women Business Owners definitely fills the void. So pay them a visit at NAWBO.org and check out the results and predictions from the Women Business Owners survey just published… and thanks to our friends at web.com
We are definitely rocking it!
